Westchester Marketing Café turns to Mass Mask Production
Just like the Boy Scouts, Jan Mirchandani and Westchester Marketing Café are always prepared, so they was able to jump right into mask production when COVID-19 hit. Teaming up with Croton Face Mask Makers group, in one month they have sewn and distributed more than 6,500 facemasks and scrub caps for front line medical professionals and essential workers including those at Phelps Memorial, Abbott House, NewYork Presbyterian Hudson Valley Hospital, Cardinal McCloskey Community Services and Northern Westchester Hospital. The Boy Scouts of America have donated neckerchiefs to be converted into masks.
