The Osborn Launches Fall WellSpring Series with Max Tucci
Launching the fall season of its WellSpring Series, The Osborn will host Max Tucci, the renowned restaurateur and best-selling author, as he serves up a delectable discussion of his award-winning book, The Delmonico Way: Sublime Entertaining and Legendary Recipes from the Restaurant that Made New York!
Free and open to the public, this event will be held on Thursday, October 10, 2024, at 7:30 p.m. in The Osborn’s Auditorium at 101 Theall Road in Rye.
Published by Rizzoli New York, Tucci’s acclaimed book weaves tales of his family’s nearly century-old gastronomic legacy, sharing behind the scenes stories of their iconic dishes, such as Eggs Benedict, the Wedge Salad and Marlene Dietrich’s cherished Cherries Jubilee, as well as the culinary philosophy that drives his beloved restaurants, Delmonico’s and TUCCI. With passion and insight, he’ll share how he’s reimagined classic dishes for modern palates, leaving attendees hungry for a taste of the Delmonico way and the warm hospitality that has made his restaurants a culinary destination.
