Bjorn Borg v Peter Kaplan 40 years ago. Borg Retired. I’m Still Going!
40 years ago number 1 in the world Borg retired from tennis. Shortly thereafter he “retired” in a match against me at 2 -2. To be perfectly transparent, this was an exhibition and he wasn’t really trying very hard. Additionally, the match was scheduled to be short. However 40 years later I am NOT retired. I am still transacting real estate deals as a BROKER in NY, Ct., and Florida. (PS retired as real estate transactional attorney some years ago). Cornell ILR, BS. JD
I am affiliated with Elliman’s #1 team in NY (#2 in the country). I have experience in handling 1031 exchanges, work with co op boards, and land use, can help consummate the most complex transactions. Feel free to call if you are buying or selling.
