Nancy Durand, Esq., of Smith Buss & Jacobs, will present a webinar hosted by the New York Council of Nonprofits, Inc. (NYCON) entitled “New York is Reopening. Are you Ready?” The webinar will explore the legal and practical considerations for reopening nonprofit operations while still in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic and the components of a reopening plan.
