WIN Collaboration Bringing Financial Solutions to a Local Medical Equipment Vendor
The Westchester Innovation Network (WIN) recently concluded another successful collaboration by helping to bring financing solutions to a local medical equipment vendor.
WIN paired Ampli-Fi — an early-stage medical sector lender — with Westchester’s Glo-Med Networks, Inc., a global sales and distribution business that sells medical devices and related products. The match allowed Glo-Med to offer financial solutions to its customers.
“As an early-stage startup, it’s an incredible opportunity to connect and partner with Glo-Med, a strong global business started locally that understands the equipment industry and can connect us to potential customers through its extensive network,” said Ampli-Fi’s founder Jacob Cutler. “By connecting, we can get the traction we need to grow our business.”
Ampli-Fi makes it easier for people to buy medical equipment they need to grow their business. Its digital platform offers tools to help equipment resellers like Glo-Med Networks give its customers fast and easy purchase options.
“Ampli-Fi provides a simplified financing solution that’s automated and brings buyers to lenders seamlessly and efficiently,” said Matus Knoblich, CEO of Glo-Med Networks. “We have high-end medical technology providers in our network that are often small companies that need help with funding. The WIN partnership brings us together to offer equipment financing that is frictionless and convenient with financial benefits that improve our providers’ bottom lines.”
Through the partnership, Cutler has already helped several medical technology companies seeking working capital, including a dental reseller, a Lasik surgery provider, and a software provider.
“WIN is a Business Council of Westchester initiative designed to connect innovative products and services with existing organizations to guide and support their development. The pairing of Ampli-Fi with Glo-Med Networks is exactly the type of collaboration we are hoping to spur,” said Dr. Marsha Gordon, President and CEO of the BCW.
