The panel included Seth Pinsky, Executive Vice President, RXR Realty; Martin Berger, Managing Principal of Saber Real Estate Advisors; Anthony Vulpi, Vice President of Development for Mill Creek Residential Northeast Division, and Joseph Apicella, Managing Director, MacQuesten Development.
