PepsiCo Adding More Fizz to its Valhalla Campus
In another boost to Westchester’s reputation as a hub for R&D, the Mount Pleasant Planning Board has approved PepsiCo’s plan to build a three-story research and development facility at its Global Beverage Research and Development Center campus in Valhalla. The 114,000-square-foot research and development building will contain laboratory and office facilities. BCW member PepsiCo is also expanding one of the existing campus buildings and creating additional parking. Interiors of existing buildings are also being renovated.
