Nuenergen Comes Through for Javits Center Hospital
When The Jacob K. Javits Center became a backup hospital in the COVID-19 pandemic, they found themselves needing diesel fuel sooner rather than later. Nuenergen Energy Management and Consulting of White Plains helped them procure 50,000 gallons of diesel fuel so they could run their diesel-powered generators. “They originally asked for the delivery of the first 25,000 gallons on April 1st and the next 25,000 gallons on April 8th. Then on April 2nd, when they realized they would need the second order sooner, they moved up the delivery date to ASAP. We facilitated that delivery on Saturday, April 4th. This enabled Javits to be a fully functional COVID-19 healthcare facility beginning Monday, April 6th,” said Kevin Hamilton of Nuenergen.
