Million Air Flying High with New Custom Clearance Service

BCW Member Million Air White Plains marked a major milestone this week by offering a new custom clearance service at its terminal facility in the Westchester County Airport. They are now able to have U.S. Customs and Border Protection Agents conveniently clear customers on the Million Air ramp as opposed to going through an alternate FBO.
To mark this significant milestone, Million Air’s CEO, Roger Woolsey, and Chuck Suma, COO, arrived in White Plains as the very first international travelers clearing US Customs at Million Air White Plains.
“This new advancement in service will create a much more seamless and efficient experience for our international travelers. Upon landing and arriving in their aircraft, U.S. Customs Border Protection Agents will meet them at the aircraft’s ramp. The travelers will have already been pre-cleared, pre-safety checked, and pre-vetted, so it is a much quicker and easier process to just go through the aircraft and obtain clearance,” said Woolsey.
Headquartered in Houston, Million Air is an award-winning network of luxury executive FBO terminals spanning four continents. Million Air has been named Best Large FBO Chain for the past twelve years, delivering genuine care and exceptional service to aircraft owners, pilots, and their distinguished guests. Million Air also provides aircraft charter, management, sales, and aircraft maintenance, as well as FBO services. To read more about Million Air, visit www.millionair.com.
