Last Call for Hall of Fame Nominations
The deadline is fast approaching for nominations for The Business Council of Westchester’s for the 2017 Hall of Fame Awards. This annual awards program, which is one of the BCW’s biggest events of the year, recognizes the lifetime achievements of Westchester’s businesses in five categories: Small Business Success, Entrepreneurial Success, Corporate Citizenship, Family Business Success and Women in Business Success. Deadline for nominations is Monday, January 23, 4 p.m.
“We have many worthy businesses in our community that are perfect candidates for nomination,’’ said Marsha Gordon, BCW President and CEO. This year’s Hall of Fame Chairs are Elizabeth Bracken-Thompson of Thompson & Bender and James Giangrande of Altium Wealth Management. The awards dinner will be held on April 25, 2017 at Glen Island Harbour Club, New Rochelle.
Last year’s inductees were Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla; The Westchester Bank in White Plains; Steiner Sports in New Rochelle; The College of Westchester in White Plains; Wendy Wollner, Founder & President, Balancing Life’s Issues, Inc. and N. Dain’s Sons Co., Inc. in Peekskill.
