Cappelli’s New Rochelle Tower 95% Leased

In yet another example of the growing popularity of luxury multi-family developments in Westchester’s booming urban centers, BCW Member Cappelli Development has announced that its 29-story Encore residential tower in downtown New Rochelle is 95% leased.

The tower, which is located at 325 Huguenot Street, features 241 luxury residences and best-in-class amenities including an exclusive spa. Encore is just three blocks from New Rochelle’s Train Station with Metro-North and Amtrak service and minutes from New Rochelle’s dining and shopping options.

“We are delighted by the overwhelming response Encore has received from people looking for a luxurious residence with unmatched amenities and services with a convenient location in the heart of downtown New Rochelle,” said Louis R. Cappelli, Chief Executive Officer of the Cappelli Organization. Encore was developed by Cappelli Development and built by its affiliate, LRC Construction. Cappelli is a member of the BCW’s Smart Growth Working Group.

Encore’s apartments feature spacious layouts with luxury vinyl plank flooring, quartz countertops with full height backsplashes, stainless steel appliances, full-size washers and dryers, quiet-running dishwashers, porcelain tile showers and baths and walk-in closets with built-in shelving. The residences’ floor-to-ceiling windows provide panoramic views of Long Island Sound and New York City. As of April 2025, market rents for apartments start at $2,070 for studios, $2,615 for 1-bedroom units and $4,350 for 2-bedroom units.

Additional luxury amenities include a health club with state-of-the-art cardio and weight training equipment, Full-Swing multi-sport simulator, indoor putting green, multimedia lounge, rollerball mini bowling alley, ping pong lounge, co-working spaces and a children’s playroom. Residents enjoy 24/7 concierge services, a package room, dry cleaning service, on-site covered parking, electric vehicle charging stations, beach club access and exclusive access to two Tesla vehicles.

Encore is located directly adjacent to Cappelli’s 3THIRTY3, a 28-story luxury tower that was similarly leased in less than a year. “We are very pleased with the continued success we have enjoyed in New Rochelle. This is a fabulous market for multifamily development,” said Cappelli.
