BCW Hires a New Senior Manager of Marketing and Communications

The Business Council of Westchester is very pleased to announce it has hired Jacobella Luongo, also known as Bella, as its new Senior Manager of Marketing and Communications.

In this new role, Jacobella will shape and amplify the BCW’s voice across all platforms. She will oversee the weekly digital newsletter, lead integrated marketing and communications strategies, collaborate with senior leadership on executive messaging, and ensure excellence and consistency across media relations, social media, and creative initiatives.

She will also work closely with the BCW’s marketing partner, Thompson & Bender, to align strategy, strengthen brand visibility, and advance coordinated communications efforts that elevate the BCW’s regional presence. Her background in analytics, content creation, video editing, and stakeholder communications will further strengthen our ability to engage members and expand our impact.

A graduate of Binghamton University with a BFA in Acting and Directing, and a Westchester local, Bella has grown up living, breathing, and giving back to the culture of Westchester and the surrounding areas. She began working in her father’s restaurants at a young age, where she gained firsthand insight into the importance, structure, and benefits of small businesses within the community.

As an avid creator, movie maker and enthusiast, Jacobella has partnered with major studios to promote, celebrate, and review new films across industry sectors. She brings extensive experience in digital media strategy, content development, client engagement, and brand growth. Jacobella has successfully managed multi-client portfolios, increased audience engagement through innovative social campaigns, and produced high-quality written and visual content in fast-paced environments.

In her spare time, Jacobella is an active member of various charitable organizations, combining acting and costuming to bring licensed characters to children in hospitals across the tri-state area and performs with the Anne Frank Center USA to bring meaningful and educational theatre to schools nationwide.

Please join us in welcoming Jacobella to our team. We are confident that her creativity, professionalism, and strategic insight will play a key role in advancing our mission and continuing to grow our organization.
