MINDFULNESS AT WORK SUMMIT AT THE WAINWRIGHT HOUSE
The Wainwright House will be conducting a Mindfulness at Work Summit on October 22, 2019 from 7:30am – 12pm. This half-day event will include a continental breakfast and it will give participants the opportunity to explore the facility and to learn about the Wainwright House leadership and wellness offerings. The morning will include three 45-minute interactive group sessions, which will teach meditation and mindful practices to enhance one’s leadership capabilities. Additionally, there will be breakout sessions where participants can meet our facilitators and sample offerings such as Tai Chi, Mindful Parenting, Chair Yoga and QiGong.
The Wainwright House is located at 260 Stuyvesant Avenue, Rye, NY. Registration fee is $40. For more information and to register, visit wainwright.org.
