Zeidel & Associates Guides Virga Capital Through Hotel Management and Franchise Agreements

Montana-based real estate investment and development company Virga Capital acquired the Residence Inn by Marriott Boise West in Idaho.

Zeidel & Associates was retained by Virga Capital to negotiate a hotel management agreement (HMA) with Resolute Road Hospitality and a franchise agreement with Marriott. The parties hope to sign future deals together, so the HMA was negotiated in that spirit.

The firm was able to finalize the HMA ahead of schedule prior to the closing of the hotel purchase, which enabled the hotel manager to file for its liquor license sooner than expected.

Virga relied on and appreciated Zeidel & Associates’ experience in the hospitality area of the law as it expands its holdings further into this sector.
