Tompkins Mahopac Bank Opens New, Expanded Pleasantville Branch

Branch Features Larger Space, Drive-Up Banking to Serve Customers

PLEASANTVILLE, NY, September 26, 2017 – Tompkins Mahopac Bank has announced the opening of its relocated Pleasantville branch at 501 Marble Avenue, Pleasantville, New York. A ribbon cutting celebrated the opening on September 19th.

The relocated branch aims to serve Tompkins’ customers in a larger space than the previous Pleasantville location at 57 Wheeler Avenue. The new location features ample parking and a drive-up banking option.

In honor of the event, Tompkins Mahopac Bank presented a $3,000 check to the Greater Pleasantville Community. This comprises three donations:

• $1,000 is being donated to Hope’s Door, a Pleasantville-based non-profit organization which seeks to end domestic violence and empower victims to achieve safety, independence and healing from the trauma of abuse;

• $1,000 will go to the Westchester Institute for Human Development (WIHD), a leader in the areas of disability and human development, which develops and delivers medical, clinical and support services to individuals, their families and caregivers;

• $1,000 is being donated to Pleasantville Community Television, which broadcast the event live.

“Giving our customers top-notch customer service in the community where they live is at the heart of our business,” said Gerald J. Klein, Jr., president and chief executive officer of Tompkins Mahopac Bank. “As our customers’ needs grow, it was important for us to grow here in Pleasantville.”
