Tompkins Mahopac Bank Earns ‘Best Bank’ Honor from Yonkers Chamber
Tompkins Mahopac Bank, which has locations in Dutchess, Putnam and Westchester counties, has been recognized in the Best Bank category of the Yonkers Chamber of Commerce’s Best of Yonkers 2017 awards. The awards’ 56 categories were voted on by community members.
In furthering its commitment to the region’s customers, Tompkins Mahopac Bank recently opened its branch-of-the-future at Yonkers’ Boyce Thompson Center, 1086 N. Broadway. Consideration of the branch’s innovative design included findings from its 2016 Millennial survey. The state-of-the-art branch foregoes tellers and waiting lines for a universal banker that provides on-the-spot customer service.
“We couldn’t be more pleased to win the Yonkers Chamber’s 2017 Best Bank award,” said Jerry Klein, president and CEO of Tompkins Mahopac Bank. “Advancing the financial needs of our communities’ customers is at the heart of what we do and it is wonderful to recognized in this way by the people we serve.”
