The Osborn Named “Best of Westchester” Senior Residence

The Osborn in Rye, NY, announced it has been voted Best of Westchester® in the Senior Residence category for the third consecutive year. Presented by Westchester magazine, these awards are based on voting through a Readers’ Ballot.

“We are honored to have received this recognition of excellence from our neighbors in the Westchester community once again,” said The Osborn’s President and CEO, Matthew G. Anderson. “It affirms our reputation for providing the highest level of service to our residents, along with engaging cultural and wellness activities on our uniquely beautiful campus.”

Founded in 1908, The Osborn offers a full spectrum of senior residences, from its Sterling Park Independent Living Community to assisted living, memory care, and The Pavilion skilled nursing facility. An onsite rehabilitation center and on- and offsite home care options are also available.

The not-for-profit community is designed for seniors who want to enjoy a fulfilling lifestyle in an exceptional setting. In addition to its magnificent neo-Georgian central building, The Osborn has a 56-acre arboretum campus with more than 1,000 specimen trees. A library, cinema, pool, and perennial gardens are luxurious amenities, while elegant dining is supervised by a Culinary Institute of America-trained executive chef.

The Osborn has received many accolades in addition to the “Best of Westchester”. The Osborn Pasciuti Pavilion skilled nursing center has been named as a “Best Nursing Home” for multiple years by U.S. News & World Report and was recognized as one of the nation’s “Best Continuing Care Retirement Communities” by Newsweek.

Westchester magazine featured The Osborn and other winners in its July 2025 issue.
