Leanne Murray Shofi Joins Cuddy & Feder as Special Counsel
Cuddy & Feder LLP is pleased to announce that Leanne Murray Shofi has joined the firm as Special Counsel to the Litigation and Appellate Practice Group. Ms. Shofi began her career at Cuddy & Feder in the early 1990s before working as a commercial litigator with Kelley Drye & Warren and a number of other firms. Ms. Shofi has represented a variety of corporate clients in complex commercial disputes, including disputes relating to stock purchase agreements, broker-dealer agreements, SAS agreements, and representation and warranty insurance agreements. She has handled numerous federal appeals as well as appeals within the Connecticut and New York State Courts.
