Jason Swergold Honored as a Fairfield County 40 Under 40

Swergold, co-chair of Yankwitt LLP’s Criminal Defense & Investigations Practice, has earned multiple accolades over the past two years for his leadership and legal excellence. Swergold is an accomplished attorney with a distinguished career in both public service and private practice. Before joining Yankwitt LLP, Swergold served for more than eight years in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York. During his time there, he tried 12 federal criminal cases and argued 10 appeals before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. He held several leadership roles, including Deputy Chief of the White Plains Division, where he oversaw all federal criminal prosecutions across six counties in the region. Before joining the USAO, Jason was a litigation associate at an AmLaw 100 firm, where he handled white collar defense and complex commercial matters.
