Impact PR & Communications Earns Award Collaborating with Revel32
For the fourth year in a row, Hudson Valley public relations and marketing firm Impact PR & Communications, Ltd. has won an award for its media relations excellence. The agency was recently recognized for “Cooking Up a Covid-Conscious Debut” with Revel 32° and its efforts helped the firm secure a Bronze Award at the Public Relations Society of America’s (PRSA) 2021 Mercury Awards, hosted annually by PRSA’s Greater Connecticut and Westchester/Fairfield chapters. Impact PR has taken home more than a dozen awards from PRSA to-date.
“Working with the team at Revel 32° to bring national, regional and local attention to its work with celebrity chef and culinary pioneer David Burke, particularly launching a debut at the height of the Covid-19 pandemic and as venues were just starting to reopen in small numbers and with tight restrictions, was a pleasure for our agency,” said Filomena Fanelli, CEO and founder of Impact PR & Communications. “Media attention can meaningfully move the needle toward business results and this was no exception.”
Mercury Award winners were selected by a panel of professional members of the New Mexico Chapter of PRSA. The panelists evaluated each entry on a numerical scale, and awarded the honors virtually, according to rank. Through PRSA CT’s website and social media channels, Impact PR & Communications received public recognition and digital tributes in lieu of an in-person award ceremony.
