Mastracci Named CSArch Managing Principal

CSArch, a leading architecture, engineering and construction management firm in New York State, is pleased to announce the promotion of Daryl Mastracci, PE, LEED AP BD+C to Managing Principal.
“As a leader of our firm’s engineering department, Daryl has been instrumental in the growth and management of our engineering group. We are excited to recognize his efforts with this promotion as he takes on a more strategic role to attract talent, enhance capabilities, and improve project quality,” said Daniel Woodside AIA LEED AP, Executive Principal at CSArch.
Daryl joined CSArch in September 2015 as a Senior Associate and quickly emerged as a firm leader. He was promoted in January 2017 to Principal and recently received a second promotion to Managing Principal. At CSArch, he leads the engineering practice and oversees the electrical, fire protection/life safety, and telecommunications design teams. In addition to his engineering leadership, Daryl is integral to the firm’s strategic planning, business development and marketing, human resources, and operations. He is also responsible for co-leading the firm’s new White Plains office and for expanding the firm’s footprint into Westchester County and surrounding areas.
Prior to joining CSArch, Daryl was a department head and leader of WSP Flack+Kurtz’s Washington, D.C., office and a division manager at O’Brien & Gere. Over the course of his career, Daryl has been involved in a leadership role in notable projects nationwide, including MGM CityCenter, SLS Las Vegas, The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, National Museum of African American History and Culture, and the recent Corning Museum of Glass expansion.
Daryl has a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University and is a registered professional engineer in nine states and the District of Columbia.
