The program, which partners the BCW with Westchester Community College and the Westchester-Putnam Workforce Investment Board, is also scoring other victories as well. Just six months after finishing the program, employers reported hiring a total of 45 new employees. Westchester Community College’s Gateway to Entrepreneurship partnered with the BCW and Westchester-Putnam Workforce Development Board and Community Capital New York to deliver a ten-week program for businesses at the growth stage.
