Chazen Welcomes New Hires to Hudson Valley Office
Poughkeepsie, N.Y. (April 1, 2019) – The Chazen Companies is pleased to announce two new employees have joined its Hudson Valley office.
Gerald Williamson has joined Chazen as a SUE/Survey Technician for its Land Surveying Division. Williamson holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Geology from the University of Minnesota, and has experience working in the environmental field; specifically with designing, maintaining, and performing geophysical surveys. Prior to joining Chazen, Williamson was a Project Manager and Geologist at NAEVA Geophysics in Congers, N.Y. Williamson resides in New City.
Alec Barnes, EIT has joined Chazen as an Assistant Project Engineer for its Land Development Group. Barnes resides in Riverdale and earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Manhattan College this past December and gained experience through internships in the field. Most recently, Barnes was an Engineering Intern for Hazen and Sawyer in New York City.
