BCW Talent Database Creates Opportunity for IT Software Member
A Business Council of Westchester member recently implemented a pioneering software upgrade for a nonprofit that found him on the Council’s talent database.
Edward Zaremba, CEO of Citinet Solutions in Somers, built a relational database platform for Bedrock Credit America that transitioned the credit education and restoration firm from spreadsheets and emails.
Among the improvements: weekly clerical time cut by nearly two-thirds, faster client intake, automated credit card processing, and customized portals for clients and referral partners.
Stephen Robert, CEO of Bedrock, in nearby Southbury, CT., found Citinet Solutions, a Council member since 2019, while searching for a U.S.-based development firm that did not outsource work.
When Robert looked at the Business Council’s talent base, he felt comfortable working with a trusted brand.
“We found Ed and his team to be a great fit for our needs. Not only were they responsive and professional, it was great to have someone local,” said Robert, whose business handles about 4,000 accounts annually. “We’re already a smarter business.”
