BCW and Fordham Real Estate Forum Attended by 500

Panelists who participated in Tuesday’s virtual forum The State of Real Estate: The Path Forward in a Post Pandemic World agreed that the future of real estate in 2021 was looking up and that relocations from New York City were helping to boost the fortunes of commercial real estate.
The program, sponsored by the BCW and the Fordham Real Estate Institute, featured a thought-provoking panel discussion moderated by Chris O’Callaghan, managing director, RM Friedland. Panel participants included:
- Paul Adler, Esq., Chief Strategy Officer, Rand Commercial
- Bridget Gibbons, Director of Economic Development, Westchester County
- Eon Nichols, Partner and Vice-Chair of the Real Estate, Corporate, Finance and Non-Profit Groups, Cuddy & Feder LLP
- Craig Ruoff, Executive Managing Director – Westchester Brokerages, Colliers International
- Abe Schlisselfeld, CPA, EA, Partner-in-Charge, Real Estate Group, Marks Paneth LLP
- Andrew Weisz, Executive Vice President, RPW Group.
Marsha Gordon, president and CEO of the BCW, opened the program, which was viewed by an estimated 500 people who registered to attend.
“It’s my great honor to welcome almost 500 people who are eager to hear all about The State of Real Estate: The Path Forward in a Post Pandemic World,’’ said Gordon. “We have been so active seen the pandemic began to be the information resource as evidenced by today’s event and the advocate and connector for businesses throughout Westchester County and the region.’’
