Combe Donates Hand Sanitizer to White Plains Hospital, Bronx Residents

When New York State Assemblyman Victor Pichardo reached out to the personal care products industry to request donations of hand sanitizer products for his Bronx constituents, Combe was ready to help. Pichardo and NYS Assembly Speaker Carl Heastie said there were high rates of COVID-19 in their Bronx districts and they needed hand sanitizer. Combe’s donation resulted in hand sanitizer being distributed to many hundreds of Bronx residents.

White Plains Hospital was also the beneficiary of Combe’s generosity.

“A huge thank you to our neighbors and friends at Combe for looking out for the health of our staff! Today, they generously donated 10,000 hand sanitizers produced in their facility in White Plains along with a check for $50,000 to go towards PPE to protect our staff. We are so appreciative of this kind gesture and helping protect our #healthcareheroes! #WPHCommunityLove,’’ White Plains Hospital shared through social media.

The story was also featured on NBC.
