Valerie Wilson Travel Wins 2018 Family Business Award

Valerie, Jennifer, Kimberly are excited to announce Valerie Wilson Travel as a Crain Custom’s Honoree for their Inaugural Family Business Awards. This award celebrates some of New York City’s most entrepreneurial, historic and charitable family owned businesses.

Crain’s Custom, a division of Crain’s New York Business, honors trailblazing family owned businesses that have established a path of success in their industries. These family owned businesses have paved the way for their families, worked together to overcome challenges as well as change business markets, and have a tradition of giving back to the community.

The honorees were selected based on the following criteria: must work or own a business in the greater New York City metropolitan area for a minimum of 5 years; have at least $2 million in revenue per year; employ at least two-family members; and headquarter in the NYC metropolitan area. Finalists and honorees were selected by Crain’s Custom judging panel which is independent of the Crain’s New York Business newsroom.
