Political Leadership Series to Feature County Legislators

wcbol_logo-1As part of its Political Leadership Series, The Business Council of Westchester will host the “Annual Meet the Members of the Westchester County Board of Legislators Reception.” The program at the C.V. Rich Mansion in White Plains will be held from 6-8 p.m. on March 2.

BCW Executive Vice President and COO John Ravitz said the evening is a unique opportunity for the business community to learn about the County Board’s key priorities for 2017. “This is a great chance for BCW members to meet the entire Board of Legislators, as well as have one-on-one conversations with individual legislators who chair important committees that make decisions affecting local businesses,” said Ravtiz.

The BCW’s Political Leadership Series has provided members with the opportunity to meet and hear from some of the state’s top political leaders. Past programs have featured Lt. Governor Kathy Hochul; New York State Assembly Speaker Carl Heastie, Senate Majority Leader John Flanagan; Secretary to the Governor William J. Mulrow and MTA Chairman Thomas Prendergast among others.
