This week the YMCA of Central & Northern Westchester opened the doors to its new White Plains Early Learning Center. The center is located at 148 Hamilton Avenue in White Plains and serves families with children from 6 weeks and up. It is conveniently located adjacent to the White Plains Train Station and the Westchester Transit Center. The Y is currently providing academy services for students in virtual learning days.
