Tiffany Hamilton Named New CEO of YWCA

Congratulations to Tiffany S.W. Hamilton who has been named Chief Executive Officer of BCW Member YWCA White Plains & Central Westchester. Hamilton previously served as the inaugural Chief Diversity Officer of Pace University where she developed the diversity, equity and inclusion blueprint for the university of over 13,000. At Pace, Tiffany also established the Division of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, where she leveraged the six offices to support DEI efforts across the three-campus institution. Additionally, she partnered with Pace leadership to establish the Barry M. and Jackie Gosin Center for Equity and inclusion securing a $2M gift for its founding.

Previously, Hamilton was the inaugural Chief Diversity Officer of Westchester Community College where she executed a plan to address equity gaps in student achievement, and refined the hiring process provided strategies for more effective communication and engagement. Her involvement went beyond the college campus into the community. For example, she engaged with AJC of Westchester and Fairfield, and co-chaired an annual Thanksgiving Diversity Breakfast.

As an active member in the Westchester Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Hamilton serves on the Executive Board as First Vice President and chair of Program Planning and Development. In May of 2019 Tiffany was honored as the Social Justice Champion by the YWCA of White Plains & Central Westchester.

Tiffany holds a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts  and a master’s degree in higher education administration from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. Her life’s motto is, “lead by serving and gain by giving”. Above all, her greatest role is serving as mom to Imani Everette and wife to Ron C. Hamilton.
