Westchester Business Leaders Lean into the Future as AI Intensive 2026 Kicks Off

RYE BROOK, NY – The digital transformation of Westchester County’s small business landscape took a significant leap forward on Tuesday as The Business Council of Westchester (BCW) launched the first session of its “AI Intensive 2026.”
Supported by Google.org, the groundbreaking professional development program aims to provide local enterprises with the tools and expertise necessary to compete in an AI-driven economy.
The debut session focused on moving beyond theoretical concepts to practical, hands-on application. Led by industry experts Kathy D’Agostino of Win at Business.AI and Nikhil Jagga of CMIT Solutions of White Plains, the first cohort of 25 diverse organizations began exploring systematic workflows designed to streamline operations without increasing headcount.
“There was a palpable sense of excitement during the webinar as local business leaders began their deep dives into AI,” said BCW President and CEO Marsha Gordon. “By moving beyond theory and into practical application, AI Intensive 2026 has the potential to dramatically strengthen Westchester’s business community.”
The first cohort represents a wide array of sectors, including:
Accreditation Guru, Inc.; Albert Palancia Agency, Inc.; Atlantic Westchester, Inc.; Bright Energy Services; Cross County Center; Cuddy & Feder LLP; Don Blauweiss Advertising & Design; Eagle Business Machines Inc.; Hope’s Door; Inspiria Outdoor LLC; Iona Preparatory School PK-12; Levitt-Fuirst Associates, LTD; Murphy Brothers Contracting; Neighbors Link; NY Hospitality Group; Signarama; Soulful Synergy; Suval Consultants; Thalle Industries; The Flower Bar; The YMCA of Central & Northern Westchester; Thompson & Bender; Tompkins Excavating; Volunteer New York!; and Walter’s Hot Dogs.
Participating businesses that complete the course will receive Google.org-funded support to accelerate their specific technology upgrades. A second cohort will begin its training on April 16.
