The state recently awarded a $10 million Downtown Revitalization Initiative (DRI) grant to the City of New Rochelle, focused on the Lincoln Avenue Corridor.
As head of the county’s largest and most prestigious business membership organization, Marsha Gordon, CEO of the Business Council of Westchester, will serve as co-chair of the project’s Local Planning Committee along with New Rochelle Mayor Noam Bramson.
“We worked tirelessly to secure this grant for New Rochelle, and now it is so exciting to be building the conversation along with the community about how best we can shape the future of the city,” Gordon said. “Business owners, young professionals, students, individuals, families, seniors – everyone brings a unique and important perspective to the table and I hope many can join us. This is an exciting time for the City of New Rochelle and Westchester County!”
