BCW’s Not-for-Profit Council Meets with Board of Legislators

The Business Council of Westchester’s Not-For-Profit Council met last week with Chairman Benjamin Boykin and members of the Westchester County Board of Legislators to discuss the upcoming budget process.
Chairman Boykin and his colleagues gave a “roadmap” of the legislative and hearing process that will take place over the next few months regarding the 2019 County Executive Budget.
The Council is chaired by BCW members Leslie Gordon, President & CEO of Feeding Westchester, and Dr. Susan Fox, President & CEO of Westchester Institute For Human Development.
Important Dates, Times and Places for the Upcoming Public Hearings on the 2019 County Budget:
Tuesday, November 20, 2018 at 7 pm – Yonkers Riverfront Library
Tuesday, November 27, 2018 at 7 pm – Ossining High School
Wednesday, December 5, 2018 at 7 pm – 8th floor Board Chambers, White Plains
It is suggested that people wanting to speak should get there at about 6:15 pm to sign up.
