New Rochelle & Circuit Spotlight in National League of Cities
The National League of Cities recently published an article by Luiz Aragon, former Commissioner of Development for the City of New Rochelle. Luiz recently retired at the end of 2020 and leaves behind an incredible list of accomplishments. The article focuses on the Development, Smart City and Sustainability efforts that have taken place in the area over the past several years, including New Rochelle’s work with member company, Circuit, for an all-electric, last-mile shuttle service.
