Richard and I first met through the BCW and connected at various networking events. What began as conversations about potential synergies over lunch soon grew into a friendship and mutual respect. When Rich shared that he was exploring new opportunities, I introduced him to Dorf Nelson & Zauderer’s managing partners, Jon Dorf and Jon Nelson. This past February, Rich officially joined DNZ as a Partner and Co-Chair of our Real Estate & Land Use Department. He has been an incredible addition to the firm, and we couldn’t be prouder to have him on our team. And this partnership probably would not have happened but for our attending and meeting at a BCW event.
