Zeidel & Associates Spearheads Food and Beverage Deals for The Betsy Hotel, South Beach
Zeidel & Associates has orchestrated two pivotal agreements on behalf of the owner of the South Beach, Miami hotel, The Betsy, recently honored with an inaugural Michelin Key rating for hotels.
The first, a consulting agreement with renowned chef Laurent Tourondel, who has been with the boutique hotel for many years, confirms the celebrated chef’s central culinary consultancy role, providing creative insight on menus, front-of-house matters and improvements to the guest experience at the six food and beverage (F&B) outlets on property, including the world-class flagship LT Steak & Seafood. Simultaneously, Zeidel & Associates facilitated a strategic agreement with the newly hired F&B manager, marking the start of a promising partnership.
These agreements not only cement a prosperous ongoing collaboration with Chef Tourondel but also mark the beginning of an exciting chapter in The Betsy’s culinary offerings.
