Zeidel & Associates Negotiates Strategic Partnership between Major Food Group and Alta Marea Group

Zeidel & Associates has helped orchestrate a strategic partnership between longtime client Major Food Group (MFG) and Alta Marea Group (AMG), the owner of the Marea restaurant brand. The Westchester, NY-based law firm drafted and negotiated a contract that binds the two organizations to create a powerhouse alliance that facilitates Marea’s global expansion with MFG’s reach.

In accordance with the agreement, MFG will develop, open, and operate new Marea locations, while AMG will continue to own the Marea brand.

Zeidel & Associates recently represented MFG in a partnership agreement with Hard Rock International on the design and opening of food and beverage facilities in new and existing luxury hotels and resorts.

More information about the MFG/AMG partnership is available in this recent article published in the New York Eater.
