This newest Sadelle’s location, situated within Kith’s Korean flagship store, mirrors the brand’s presence in iconic cities like New York, Miami, Toronto, and Paris.

As part of this transaction, Zeidel & Associates negotiated a licensing agreement between Major Food Group and the store operator, ensuring the protection of the brand and smooth operational procedures, as well as the agreement between Major Food Group and Kith, addressing cross-branded merchandise to maintain cohesive brand synergy.
