Zeidel & Associates Facilitates Major Food Group’s Expansion into South Korea
Zeidel & Associates represented Major Food Group (MFG) in the strategic expansion of its renowned restaurant brand, Sadelle’s, into Seoul, South Korea. This newest Sadelle’s location, situated within Kith’s Korean flagship store, mirrors the brand’s presence in iconic cities like New York, Miami, Toronto, and Paris.
As part of this transaction, Zeidel & Associates negotiated a licensing agreement between Major Food Group and the store operator, ensuring the protection of the brand and smooth operational procedures, as well as the agreement between Major Food Group and Kith, addressing cross-branded merchandise to maintain cohesive brand synergy.
This international expansion of Sadelle’s underscores Zeidel & Associates’ experience in navigating complex licensing arrangements and international market entries. In addition to this significant deal, Zeidel & Associates recently facilitated MFG’s successful launch of the Carbone brand in Dubai, along with several other domestic ventures.
