Yankwitt LLP Honored as a “Best Companies to Work for in NY”

For the second year in a row, the Best Companies Group has honored White Plains litigation firm, Yankwitt LLP, as the seventh “Best Company to Work for in New York” in the small business category. This is the second year the firm has participated in the program.

Announcement of the ranking was made on April 13, 2022, in Albany, New York, at an awards celebration honoring businesses throughout the state.

To be considered, Yankwitt LLP participated in a rigorous submission process, involving two surveys – one that measured employee satisfaction and engagement, and a second that gathered information about the firm’s workplace practices and policies.

“We are like a big family,” shared Russell Yankwitt, managing partner, “so our close-knit, supportive culture and the wellbeing of our entire team is paramount, especially in a hybrid work environment. Firm activities such as participating in preparing breakfast for those in need, firm lunches when people are in the office, and bringing in a NYC comedian for an office evening event have been helpful in maintaining this culture.”

Yankwitt LLP is Westchester’s go-to law firm for high-stakes litigation. With a client-focused dedication to excellence, Yankwitt LLP achieves exceptional results for companies and individuals in a full range of matters in state and federal courts throughout New York, and through alternative dispute resolution.

The firm also routinely handles complex matters in Westchester and the New York metropolitan area on behalf of national law firms and serves as local trial counsel for Westchester law firms in high-stakes cases.

Aggressive and results driven, Yankwitt LLP optimizes dispute resolution outcomes for its clients. The firm offers its clients credentialed, New York City-trained attorneys without New York City prices.
