Westchester Family and New York Family Media is hosting two Westchester Family Camp Fairs in early 2026, connecting local parents with camps, programs, and resources for their kids.
I’d like to offer Westchester nonprofits the opportunity to have a table at one or both fairs on a space available basis for $350 per date.
Westchester Family Camp Fairs
· Sunday, February 1, 2026 – Harrison Meadows Country Club (Harrison)
· Sunday, March 7, 2026 – Maria Regina High School (Hartsdale)
Each table includes:
· Exhibitor table and chairs
· Listing in our event marketing as a participating organization
· Direct access to local families actively planning camps, afterschool and summer programs
You can see all New York Family events and Camp Fairs here:
https://www.newyorkfamily.com/new-york-family-events/
Parents look to our Camp Fairs for trusted recommendations. It’s a strong way to introduce your mission, services and programs to Westchester families in person.
Please reply with your preferred date(s) and I’ll confirm availability and next steps.
Best,
Lauren
