Julia Schwartz-Leeper has been appointed Executive Director of the VNSW Foundation, Inc. Julia brings close to 25 years of leadership experience at healthcare and social service organizations, and will lead the Foundation’s efforts to expand resource development to support VNS Westchester’s vital home healthcare and community services.
