Weekend Workshop: Recalibrating for the New Year – A No-Pressure Reflection, Cleansing and Intention- Setting Workshop

Dear Friends & Colleagues

It’s been reported that about 80% of New Year’s Resolutions fall off, putter out by the time Feb 1st rolls around

That’s why I am hosting this workshop this Sunday, Feb 1st from 11am-1pm at our White Plains Office, called Recalibration for the New Year. We will have time to ground ourselves, write, reflect and move in gentle ways all in an effort to align ourselves for the future that lies ahead of us. More info and how to register is below…

Please do share this info with anyone you feel may benefit from taking this time for themselves. Any questions that arise, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Hope to see you there!
