VOM Chamber Honors Murphy Brothers
Sean and Chris Murphy were honored at the 2018 Mamaroneck Chamber of Commerce Dinner held at the Beach Point Club. Chamber President Susan Fuller of Orange Bank & Trust recognized the Murphy Brothers and their award-winning firm for their many contributions to the local community over the years in her presentation speech. The event was attended by owners and representatives of many local small businesses, as well as family and friends, and several elected officials who presented proclamations naming January 12th, 2018, “Murphy Brothers Contracting Day” in both Mamaroneck Village & Westchester County. The Murphy Brothers have operated their businesses, Murphy Brothers Contracting & Mamaroneck Self Storage in the Village for many years, and are big supporters of the work of the Village Chamber of Commerce. They are also advocates of the “Maker Zone” approach to encouraging business development in the Mamaroneck Industrial Area.
