STUNNING SPACES Earns Advanced Industry Credentials, Reinforcing Its Strategic Approach to Home Staging
What makes someone walk into a home and immediately feel, “This is the one”?
For STUNNING SPACES, the answer goes far beyond beautiful furniture.
Westchester-based STUNNING SPACES has earned advanced professional credentials in home staging, including accreditation through the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA) and Master Stager certification further strengthening the company’s approach to staging through strategy, buyer psychology, and intentional design.
Founded by Jen Beato, STUNNING SPACES approaches every property with one central question: How will a buyer experience this home?
Buyers form impressions quickly. They respond to scale, flow, light, proportion and visual cues—often without consciously recognizing why one property feels more desirable than another. STUNNING SPACES uses those behavioral and emotional responses to guide its staging decisions, creating spaces designed not simply to look beautiful, but to help prospective buyers envision the life they want to live there.
“Staging isn’t just making a space look pretty,” says Beato. “It’s understanding people. We consider what buyers notice, how they move through a space, what creates an emotional response, and ultimately what makes a property feel like the one. We stage for the way buyers think.”
STUNNING SPACES works with homeowners and real estate professionals throughout Westchester County and surrounding markets, providing vacant and occupied staging, strategic pre-listing consultations, furniture rental, property preparation and project oversight, as many other services that support a clients transition.
These advanced industry credentials reflect STUNNING SPACES’ continued investment in education, professional standards, and the evolving psychology of how homes are experienced and marketed.
Because long before a buyer analyzes the details of a property, they’ve already begun to feel something about it—and that first impression can be extraordinarily powerful.
