Statewide Abstract to Host Webinar: Empowered by 1031 Exchange

Statewide Abstract is staying active where they can during the COVID-19 shutdowns. In place of a continuing education event that had to be postponed back in March Statewide Abstract, a Title Insurance company headquartered in White Plains, is hosting a webinar on 1031 Exchanges. 1031 Exchanges are a service Statewide offers as a compliment to their core title services.

They are hopeful this will help keep their clients engaged and learning during these difficult times so we can all hit the ground running with the easing of social distancing.

We will touch on 1031 Exchange rules and regulations but the focus will be on how to identify the potential for Exchangeable property. There are more qualifying residential and commercial property types then you think! With the 1031 Exchange in your toolbox you will earn more money in Real Estate.
