Soulful Synergy’s Green Construction Careers Town Hall

BCW member, Soulful Synergy, recently hosted the Green Construction Careers Town Hall on July 10th in New Rochelle!

The Town Hall was one of Soulful Synergy’s many events throughout the summer, promoting their clean energy training programs. The event fostered discussions around green construction, local workforce development needs, and a shared commitment to creating a cleaner, more inclusive future. Attendees were able to hear from industry professionals, community members, and aspiring job seekers about the path to meaningful careers in clean energy.

It was a clear example of what community-driven workforce development looks like: real connections, real opportunities, and a shared vision for a just energy transition.

Building on the momentum of this event, Soulful Synergy is now preparing to kick off their next training cohort.
