rpc promotes Stephen Thomas to Associate Vice President.

WOODCLIFF LAKE, NJ, JANUARY | 17- The Retail Performance Company – rpc, USA LLC. announced the promotion of Mr. Stephen Thomas to Associate Vice President (AVP), as of January 1st, 2024.
Stephen is a skilled leader who excels in talent services, team leadership, business development, and project management. He takes a strategic and careful approach to any project he oversees. He always understands the level of expertise his clients need and never fails to deliver results.

Prior to joining rpc in 2015, Stephen was the Director of Client Services and Consultant at ExactSource. He was responsible for assisting in creating strategic plans for clients by helping to determine their needs for talent growth and helping candidates develop and achieve strategic career path goals.
In his new role as AVP, Stephen will identify new opportunities and provide strategic guidance, support, and lead the US Market operations. He will oversee business development, client management, and inter-company communication, ensuring elevated attention and increased continuity with the global rpc markets.
