Palladium Management Refinances Two Westchester Buildings

Palladium Management is pleased to announce that it has completed refinances for two multifamily properties it owns and manages in New Rochelle. LMF Commercial, a subsidiary of national home builder Lennar has provided 10 year financing for the elevator apartment buildings located at 126 Franklin Avenue and 260 Centre Avenue, together comprised of 75 units. The combined loan amounts total $11,750,000, and financing was arranged by Marko Kazanjian at JLL.
