Osborn Home Care Receives 2022 Best of Home Care Award
Osborn Home Care has received the prestigious 2022 Best of Home Care®–Provider of Choice Award, granted only to top-ranking providers based on client satisfaction scores gathered by Home Care Pulse (HCP), an independent satisfaction research firm. Osborn Home Care was recognized among a select few throughout the country who have proven their ability to provide outstanding care.
Home Care Pulse gathers feedback from providers’ clients by conducting live phone interviews with them each month. Since HCP is a third-party company, it is able to collect candid and unbiased feedback.
“The fact this award stems from client feedback is especially gratifying and significant,” said Matthew G. Anderson, President and CEO of The Osborn and Osborn Home Care. “I am proud of our team and am confident that our clients are receiving attentive, customized care. The Provider of Choice Award reaffirms that Osborn Home Care is meeting the high standard of care that our clients deserve.”
Osborn Home Care also received the 2022 Best of Home Care®–Leader in Training Award from HCP, which recognizes businesses that consistently provide an outstanding level of staff education. To qualify for this award, Osborn Home Care implemented specialized training for their caregivers and achieved a high level of staff participation.
According to Michele Thomas, Executive Vice President of Osborn Home Care, “Having well-trained caregivers allows us to stand out from the competition. Our caregivers are dedicated professionals who appreciate these ongoing educational opportunities that equip them to provide the best possible service to our clients.”
Todd Austin, President of Home Care Pulse, commented, “At Home Care Pulse, our mission is to help home care businesses create an experience that goes beyond client and caregiver expectations. We’re excited to congratulate Osborn Home Care for their well-deserved awards. It’s wonderful to see the hard work that Osborn Home Care is putting in to provide high-quality care and employment.”
