NAMI Westchester 5K

Join NAMI Westchester for their Fall 5K on Friday, November 8 at Westchester Community College – a family-friendly event supporting free mental health programs in the community.

This fun and meaningful morning includes:
🏃‍♂️ 5K Run/Walk for Adults
✨ Kids 1K Fun Run (ages 5–9)
🎖️ Student & Veteran Discounts Available

Schedule:
⏰ Bib pick-up starts at 7:45 AM
👟 1K Fun Run begins at 8:30 AM
🏁 5K Run/Walk starts at 9:00 AM
🎽 Bibs and medals for all participants – and the first 100 registrants receive a free event t-shirt!

Proceeds support NAMI Westchester’s free mental health education, support, and advocacy services.
